The Apple MacBook Air 2020 (M1) 8 GB – 1 TB laptop goes under €1,500 at Darty.com.
Like the Mac Mini and the 13-inch MacBook Pro, the MacBook Air features the new Apple M1 processor, which allows it to be both much more durable and much more powerful than previous Intel models.
AppleMacBook Air 2020 (M1)
The switch to the Apple M1 processor from the MacBook Air is a real success. Apple’s ultraportable no longer suffers from any comparison with the MacBook Pro, to the point of overshadowing it. The MacBook Air M1 is lighter and runs silently. Admittedly, it lacks the Touch Bar, but it is far from being a determining criterion. The MacBook Air M1 is Apple’s best ultraportable and definitely one of the best ultraportables on the market.

By taking over the MagicBook Pro on its own, Huawei has corrected its main defect (the keyboard) and retained its main strong point (its screen). We’d rather like a slightly newer processor, like an AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Zen 3 architecture. Autonomy is however correct. We will finally settle for a free M.2 slot instead.
