With each presentation of a high-end model, Huawei impresses. With its P40 Pro, the Chinese manufacturer offers a technically very complete smartphone, but which has to do without Google’s Play Services.
Huawei P40 Pro
The Huawei P40 Pro will have a strange mission: that of convincing consumers who are well accustomed to the services offered by Google. This complicates everyday life, whether it’s playing games, listening to music, browsing, watching a video, etc. Those who can do without Play Store will be able to prosper, however, because the P40 Pro is a simply excellent smartphone. It offers solid performance, a first-rate screen, a rich and very efficient photo part, as well as a long battery life. Add to that a design worked with materials of very good quality, and it seems difficult to compete.
- Excellent screen
- Top-notch performance
- Rich and very effective photo evening
- Very fast charging
- Solid autonomy
- Absence of Google services
Google Pixel 6
Once again, Google demonstrates its complete mastery of mobile photography. Unfortunately, this does not make the Pixel 6 a perfect smartphone, mainly because of its Oled panel not quite up to the competition, or its limited autonomy and its charging far too slow for the top of the range. Despite this, thanks to its power and the overall experience it offers, it is definitely still one of the best smartphones on the market.
